Kashkadan Park was founded in 2002. Its cultural facilities later expanded to include a musical fountain, which opened on 12 June 2022 and is described as the largest in Bashkortostan. The opening marks a later stage in the park’s development after its founding.

Birds recorded nearby include the great tit, Eurasian tree sparrow and Bohemian waxwing.
