About the park
In the valley of the Roshchinka River, Lindulovskaya Grove is an artificial stand of Siberian larch. The species grows here beyond its natural range, and supplementary sowing and planting continue.

The planting began in 1738 under a decree of Peter I: seeds gathered in Arkhangelsk Governorate were sown on former arable land. It became the oldest artificial planting of Siberian larch in Russia and Europe. The river’s former name, Lintulovka, gave the grove its name.
Among the birds recorded nearby are the great tit, crested tit and great spotted woodpecker.
