About the park
Krivyakino's old lime avenue, oaks, and larch stand beside the estate buildings and a chain of ponds. Large trees give the grounds a distinctive scale, drawing the eye from bark to branch forks, while bird activity reveals smaller details in the crowns. The avenues meet at a historic eight-way junction before branching into different parts of the park. Dense crowns, open paths, and ponds lie within a single walk, offering several settings for watching birds inside the town of Voskresensk.

The manor house dates from the second half of the eighteenth century, and the park and ponds are protected as a federal cultural heritage site. Restoration preserved the historic layout and mature trees and cleaned the ponds. The estate's heritage includes the green setting itself, an essential part of its interest for a naturalist.
Grey-headed woodpecker and white-backed woodpecker have been recorded in the park. Around the old trees, scan the trunks and the forks of large branches. If you spot a bird, pause on the path and follow its movements: a short stop reveals more than a passing glance.
